This is an online (virtual) convention. You don’t have to travel to any specific location. You can participate from anywhere that you have internet access. The event is accessible from desktop, mobile and tablet devices.

Streamed sessions don’t begin streaming until the time the session begins – not before the start time. Stay logged in; it will begin streaming on schedule. Remember – the sessions are listed in the conference time zone – EAST AFRICA TIME ZONE.

Each session will have a dedicated on-site session chair who will relay your content related questions and comments to the presenter(s) and the on-site audience.

Yes. Like any physical event, you will be able to carry resources like reports, research findings media releases among others that will be downloadable and will also be shared via email.

Absolutely. We are counting on you to invite others especially from Fairtrade organizations! Help us spread the word. You can simply share the link to the conference page, and they can register at their convenience.

While the primary language will be English, provision has been made for Arabic and French translators on the days.
